Advantages:

Один из не многих случаев - когда в квартире для сдачи аккуратный ремонт. Чистая плитка в туалете/ванной, чистые обои и т.д. Было приятно.

Disadvantages:

Цена. Вероятно, стоимость была значительно завышена из-за наплыва приезжих на марафон.
